Yoga with Venture

Trail loving Athletes know that flexibility, stability and strength are integral to enjoying the outdoors and to finding flow on the Trails. We at The Venture Trails Collective have teamed up with Claire Sanders yoga to provide a free online (ZOOM), live yoga session aimed at trail enthusiasts. This will be a dynamic Vinyasa Flow style of yoga combining strengthening and stretching postures with breath work to help calm and focus the mind. Yoga is a good way to help avoid injury by improving strength and stability of key muscles and joints associated with more high impact sports such as running. The class will consist of a warm up, a standing sequence to develop strength, a seated sequence to develop flexibility and a relaxation to finish. It is an open level class and modifications will be offered for those who may already have Yoga experience .
