Q- What level of fitness do I need to take part?

1. We will have a number of groups available. We recommend that you can run at least 6 miles on the road for you to enjoy yourself fully. Please bear in mind that we will be covering around 12 miles. All groups will take walking breaks if needed and no one will ever be left behind.

Q- what equipment do I need?

1. The weather in Britain is very changeable as we all know- so we strongly advise that you come prepared for the possible eventualities! Here are some things that we recommend you bring:

2. Trail shoes – especially if the weather has been wet.

3. Wicking top and shorts/ leggings

4. Extra top layer- Windproof/ Waterproof/ Insulated as the weather demands- we don’t want you to get cold!

5. Headwear suitable for the time of year.

6. Sun cream

7. Water- 500ml-1000ml should be enough.

8. Food- suitable for eating on the go.

9. Fully charged phone in a waterproof cover.

10. Running bag or vest to put these things in.
